Trattamenti Termici was founded in 1978 as a sole proprietorship by Antonio Bertoldini. Initially established to meet the needs of the Premana manufacturing district, it has grown over the years, expanding into new sectors, remaining an integral part of a network that now includes more than 130 companies and becoming an SRL.
After several years, it moved to Civate, at Via Papa Giovanni XXIII 18/20.
The extensive experience passed down from father to son, the highly specialized staff, and constant technical and organizational growth, combined with cutting-edge machinery lines, allow us to develop thermal processes designed to satisfy every single company with a proven guarantee of quality.
We obtained ISO 9001 certification at the end of 2011. An in-house laboratory equipped with all the necessary equipment for metallographic analyses and microhardness measurements for any material structure verification or certification needs further guarantees our professionalism.

BAINITIC TEMPERING Treatment carried out using state-of-the-art certified systems capable of guaranteeing the best quality...
MARTENSITIC HARDENING A heat treatment that allows to obtain a martensitic structure in the steel, characterized by high hardness and wear resistance, but also by fragility.
SOLUBILIZATION Solution annealing heat treatment for austenitic stainless steels. This heat treatment consists of a heating phase and holding it at a high temperature.
